Service Req E511 error message

From epson The error message "Service Req E511" means that part of the photoconductor unit (PCU) called the transfer belt is not being detected.

The
images in this article generally depict the AcuLaser C1100, but the
procedures are the same for the AcuLaser CX11N, CX21N and all variants.



  1. Power the printer off, wait 30 seconds, and then power it on again.
    If the error has cleared, print a document. If the error has not
    cleared, repeat this process and check if the error clears when you
    power on the printer again. Repeat this a maximum of three times if
    necessary. If the error returns after repeating this process three
    times, follow the steps below.

  2. Remove the photoconductor unit (PCU).

    1. Ensure that the printer is powered on, and then open Cover B.
