- Power the printer off, wait 30 seconds, and then power it on again.
If the error has cleared, print a document. If the error has not
cleared, repeat this process and check if the error clears when you
power on the printer again. Repeat this a maximum of three times if
necessary. If the error returns after repeating this process three
times, follow the steps below. - Remove the photoconductor unit (PCU).

- Ensure that the printer is powered on, and then open Cover B.
